Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains when refunds and reworks are available for services provided by Rajesh Motors.
Cancellation before work begins
You can cancel a booking before work has started with no charge. If a deposit was paid to hold a slot or order parts, the deposit is refundable until those parts are ordered or the slot has been confirmed. The earlier you let us know, the easier the cancellation.
Workshop services
If a part we installed fails within its warranty period, bring the vehicle back and we will replace it at no labour charge. If you believe a service was incorrectly performed, raise the concern within 7 days and we will inspect and re-do the work at no charge. Labour for diagnostics already provided is not refundable, but the diagnostic value carries forward against any follow-up work.
How to request a refund
Contact us at 98765 43210 with your booking reference, the date of service, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days and arrange an inspection or refund within 7 working days of agreeing the outcome. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Disputes
If we can't reach an agreement, you may escalate the matter through the consumer-protection channels available under Indian law. We will cooperate fully with any such process.
